Refund and Returns Policy

edMinds is a brand of IT Solutions in Gippsland Pty Ltd.

At IT Solutions in Gippsland Pty Ltd, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy is designed to address any concerns and ensure fairness when online purchases don’t meet your expectations.

This document is to be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions, in the event of any inconsistency the Terms and Conditions will prevail.

Return Policy

  • Time Frame for Returns: Customers have up to 30 days after receiving their item to initiate a return.
  • Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
    1. Items must be in the same condition as received: new, unopened, unworn or unused, with all original tags and in their original packaging.
    2. The item must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable Items:
    The following items are not eligible for return:
    1. Custom-made, Special orders, or personalised items.
    2. Sale items or gift cards.
  • Damages and Issues:
    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Process

Initiating a Return
  • Contact our Customer Service team via email at support@edminds.au, or call us at 03 9070 0878.
  • Provide details including order number, account name, and reason for the return.
Return Authorisation
  • Upon reviewing your return request, we will issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and provide detailed instructions.
  • We will also inform you of the designated return shipping address.
Packing and Shipping
  • Pack the item securely, ensuring it is in its original condition and packaging.
  • Include the original receipt and the RAN in the package.
  • Send the item to: 16D McCartin Street, Leongatha 3953 VIC, Australia.

Note: Returns sent without prior request or RAN may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. These costs are non-refundable.

In cases of defective or damaged items, the return shipping costs will be borne by us.

Refunds

Inspection and Approval

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original method of payment.

Tracking Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stipulated time, please recheck your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If the refund is still not received, contact us at support@edminds.au.  

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us with details of the issue, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received.
