At IT Solutions in Gippsland Pty Ltd, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy is designed to address any concerns and ensure fairness when online purchases don’t meet your expectations.
This document is to be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions, in the event of any inconsistency the Terms and Conditions will prevail.
Note: Returns sent without prior request or RAN may not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. These costs are non-refundable.
In cases of defective or damaged items, the return shipping costs will be borne by us.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund within the stipulated time, please recheck your bank account, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If the refund is still not received, contact us at support@edminds.au.
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us with details of the issue, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received.
